Sembra infatti che i Muse continueranno a far parte della Saga..il fratello della scrittrice, Seth, infatti ha scritto:

"Il primo singolo del film "The Twilight Saga Eclipse- original motion picture soundtrack" è appena stato confermato e adesso posso darvi dei dettagli esclusivi. Il gruppo preferito da Stephenie, Muse, ha contribuito ancora una volta con una canzone chiamata "Neutron Star Collision (love is forever)" e sarà il primo singono del progetto. Verrà resa pubblica il 17 MAGGIO. Non l' ho ancora sentita, ma sono moto contento. La Soundtrack completa uscirà invece l' 8 GIUGNO e potete già preordinarla qui."

Per quanto riguarda la colonna sonora struentale di Eclipse abbiamo scoperto che sarà nelle mani del creatore delle musiche del "Signore degli anelli".
Howard Shore sembra sia già a lavoro per comporre la Score strumentale del terzo capitolo della saga, la notizia la riporta Movie score magazine.
A quanto pare in questa saga non solo si alternano i registi ma anche i compositori, sono curiosa di ascoltare il timbro della sua colonna sonora.

"Howard Shore is on board to compose the original score for the third film in the Twilight series, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Temple Hill Entertainment today confirmed to MovieScore Magazine that the Lord of the Rings composer is going to write the music for the film, following in the footsteps of Carter Burwell (who scored the first film in 2008) and Alexandre Desplat (who wrote the music for the second, New Moon). Ai peoplechoice awards hayley William, la cantante dei paramore, è stata intervistata da MTV e ha detto che se dovesse capitare le piacerebbe partecipare alla soundtrack di Eclipse, ma non vuole forzare la cosa, se scriverà una canzone inerente al film e le piacerà, magari avranno la possibilità di fare parte della soundtrack, ma niente è stato deciso.
