i due attori PETER FACINELLI (dottor Carlisle Cullen) e MICHAEL WELCH (Mike Newtown) hanno dato la loro opinione per quanto riguarda i due direttori di TWILIGHT e NEW MOON.
secondo Welch la Heardwick è una regista che ha bisogno di lavorare nel caos e nella confusione.. ed è proprio nel caos che crea dei successi, mentre Weitz è completamente diverso dalla regista di Twilight, lui ha bisogno di calma e concentrazione.
Afferma anche che sono i registi e le persone che sono a capo ad influenzare tutto l’ ambiente e che in New Moon tutto era molto calmo ed ordinato.
Facinelli afferma che la Heardwick assomiglia molto ad una palla di pura energia, è una donna che infonde passione nel set. Chris Weitz invece è molto più riservato è completamente differente.
Ma nonostante siano l’ uno l’ opposto dell’ altro sono entrambi fantastici.

New Moon stars Michael Welch and Peter Facinelli, who play Mike Newtown and Carlisle Cullen, both agree that Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke is quite a bit different than New Moon director Chris Weitz.
Michael Welch says that–
“We have a new director, Chris Weitz. (He) was amazing. It’s interesting because between him and Catherine, they’re so different. Catherine is somebody who can only function at a cluttered desk. She needs chaos to success. That’s wonderful. Chris is the exact opposite. Just couldn’t be more cool, clam and collected and had his stuff together. It’s the people at the top that affect everyone below them — so the energy was more calm.”
Peter Facinelli agrees, stating that–
“Catherine (Hardwicke) is a ball of energy and infuses passions when she comes on the set. Chris is more laid back, insightful and thought provoking. It’s completely different. It’s like two different rollercoaster rides, but you still love the rides. They’re fantastic.”
